Healthy Living Or Not?!

1. What is your definition of ‘healthy eating’?
Healthy eating~ is by eating with nutritious food and balance diet, take some steps to improve nutrition and encourage yourself a smart eating habit. Eating habit should be in the right time also, you can check out the food pyramid as be your guide in your daily life, so you can have a healthy eating with the healthy body.
2. Do you exercise on a regular basis? What is your favorite form of exercise? Least favorite?
3. Do you take vitamin supplements?
I really wanted to gain some weights coz my height doesnt goes with the weight so i tried too many vitamins like centrum, clusibol...i think too many to mention...
4. Can you tell that your body is getting older? If so, how?
I feel more weak now compared those days that i was in early 20th, now just doing household chores i cant do it all together. I have to do it one at a time.
5. Would you call yourself healthy?
Im proud to say im healthy eventhough im skinny i dont get sick that easy. Im very seldom to have cough, cold and stuffy nose or running nose.
